11.1. Removal and installation of a skeleton of a motor compartment

THE GENERAL DATA

1 – a skeleton of a motor compartment in gathering;
2 – a bolt of the top fastening of a skeleton;
3 – a bolt of lateral fastening of a skeleton;
4 – a radiator;
5 – a bolt of fastening of a radiator;
6 – the buffer amplifier;
7 – a bolt of fastening of the amplifier

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery.

2. Disconnect колодки with wires from headlights.

3. Disconnect a cable of a drive from the cowl lock.

4. Remove the forward buffer.

5. Turn away seven bolts 7 (Detail fig. передка bodies) fastenings see and remove the amplifier of 6 buffers.

6. Turn away bolts of 5 fastenings of a radiator and fix a radiator 4 on a body.

7. Turn on on one lateral 3 and on one top 2 bolt of fastening of a skeleton 1 to both forward wings.

8. Remove a skeleton of 1 motor compartment from the car.

9. Establish a skeleton of a motor compartment upside-down. After installation adjust light of headlights.
