On a part of models the electroheating element of a heater which in addition warms up air is established. The element joins the block of engine management depending on temperature of air and a cooling liquid and generator loading at the established handle on the control panel a heater on the maximum heating.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery.
2. Remove the floor console.
3. Merge a liquid from system of cooling of the engine or press taking away 1 (fig. Connection of hoses to a heater radiator see) and bringing 2 hoses of a radiator of a heater (if the heater radiator acts in film for replacement, it is necessary to merge a liquid).
4. From outside a motor compartment mark position of a branch pipe 4 heaters and turn away a bolt of 5 its fastenings. Take out a branch pipe and together with hoses put aside.
5. Muffle apertures in a radiator 3 (fig. a heater Radiator see) heater.
6. On models with an electroheating element 2 disconnect колодку 11 with wires from a plait on the left side of a heater and "a mass" wire 10.
7. Remove an adapter 3 (fig. Removal of a casing of a radiator of a heater see) bottom air line.
8. Remove spring скобы 1 fastenings of a casing of a radiator of a heater from three parties.
9. Lower and shift on itself a casing 2 radiators of a heater to deduce from gearing its forward clamp 12 (fig. a heater Radiator see).
10. Take out a casing of 1 radiator of a heater from under the panel of devices on the right side.
11. Take out a radiator 3 heaters from a casing 1.
12. Replace the sealing rings torn or lost elasticity 7 branch pipes.
13. Establish a heater radiator upside-down. Thus pay attention that the label 4 on it, specifying bringing and taking away directions, should be from above. Establish a branch pipe according to earlier made marks, densely having inserted it into a sealant 6 on a board передка.
14. Check up level and if necessary add cooling liquid (at replacement of a radiator of a heater fill in a new liquid in system of cooling of the engine).
