Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see). 2. Remove the storage battery and its holder. 3. Disconnect a wire from the traction relay of a starter. 4. Turn away three bolts 1 (fig. of Fastening of an arm of cables of a drive of a transmission of type 02Т) fastenings see and disconnect from a transmission an arm of 2 fastenings of cables of a drive of a transmission. 5. Turn away a bolt of fastening and disconnect the holder of 3 tubes 4 drives of coupling from a transmission. 6. Turn away two bolts of fastening and remove the working cylinder 5 drives of coupling with картера couplings, without disconnecting from it a tube. Fix the working cylinder by means of a wire so that it did not disturb to transmission removal. The prevention After removal of the working cylinder at all do not press a coupling pedal. 7. Turn away a nut of 5 fastenings, remove the lever of 6 inclusions of transfers and will put it aside together with a cable. 9. Take out from the holder 5 wire of the oxygen gauge (ljambda-probe). 17. Turn away a forward bottom bolt 1 (fig. Fastening of a "mass" wire to a type transmission 02Т see) transmission fastenings to the engine, thereby having disconnected as well "a mass" wire 2 from a transmission. 18. Disconnect колодку with wires from the switch 3 lights of a backing. 19. Turn away a nut of 4 fastenings and disconnect from a box an arm 5. Will put an arm with wires aside. 20. Remove a starter. 21. Disconnect both drives of wheels from flanges. 22. Disconnect a spherical support from the lever of a forward suspension bracket and a rack from a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability. 23. Take away outside a telescopic rack 2 (fig. in subsection 7.2.3 item 10 see) forward suspension bracket, establish between it and a body the wooden prorate 1. Hook on the engine for eyes and pull cables тали, without supposing damage of hoses and wires. 27. Raise the engine a little so that to unload the left support of the power unit, and turn out bolts 2 (fig. in subsection 2.12.7 item 39 see) fastenings of the left support. 28. Lower a transmission 1 so that to get access to bolts of 2 fastenings of an arm of a transmission through a niche of a forward left wheel. Thus watch, that the transmission did not lean against a beam of a forward suspension bracket. Turn away two bolts of 2 fastenings of an arm 3. 29. Turn away the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine (fig. the Arrangement of points of fastening of a transmission of type 02Т to the engine see). 30. Take away a transmission from the engine and lower it, inclining in appropriate way and wringing out the engine in the opposite direction.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish a transmission upside-down. At installation of levers of a drive of a gear change enter ползун 7 (fig. Removal of levers of a drive to a transmission see), established on the lever of a choice of transfers, to gearing with the lever of inclusion of transfer. Check up level and if necessary add oil in a transmission.
