Installation резинометаллической support in a beam arm

1 – a ledge on a support;

2 – a label on an arm

It is possible to replace a Rezinometallichesky support, without removing an arm of a beam of a forward suspension bracket from the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the lever of a forward suspension bracket from the car (subsection 7.2.4 see).

2. By means of a stripper выпрессуйте an old support from an arm.

3. Запрессуйте a new support in an arm. Thus the ledge 1 should coincide with a label 2 on an arm.
The prevention
At запрессовке it is supposed grease it only with greasing G294 421 A1. All other lubricants can lead to support destruction.

4. Establish the lever of a forward suspension bracket on the car.
