Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug - the storage battery. 2. Remove a ware box from outside the driver. 3. Remove подрулевой the switch (subsection 10.11 see). 4. Disconnect колодку 1 (fig. Disconnect from a steering column "a mass" wire 3. 7. Turn on two plastic nuts 1 (fig. casing Fastening карданного a shaft of a steering column) fastenings of a casing 2 карданного a shaft of a steering column see and remove a casing. 8. Turn away a coupling bolt 4 (fig. Fastening of a shaft of a steering column to a shaft приводной gear wheels of the steering mechanism see) plugs карданного the hinge. 9. Remove upwards a plug 2 карданного the hinge from a shaft 1 приводной gear wheels of the steering mechanism. 10. Having opened a cover of the holder 2 (Fastening of a plait of wires fig. see a steering column on the left side) on the left side, take out from it a plait of 1 wires going to the switch (lock) of ignition. 11. Shift in a direction specified by an arrow, and remove from a steering column the additional holder 3 with a plait 1. 12. Having opened a cover 4 (Fastening of a plait of wires fig. see a steering column on the right side) holder, take out from it a plait of 1 wires. 13. Shift in a direction specified by an arrow, and remove from a steering column the additional holder 3 with a plait 1. 14. Mark from below a relative positioning of the top and bottom parts of a shaft of a steering column (fig. Marks of a relative positioning of the top and bottom parts of a shaft of a steering column see). 15. Fasten to the help of a wire among themselves top 2 (fig. the Steering column in gathering see) and the bottom 1 parts of a steering column. The prevention If it is supposed to establish again a removed steering column, do not separate the top and bottom its parts as them шлицы were earned extra to each other and at other position шлицев in connection can appear люфт. Turn away two forward bolts 12 (fig. Fastening of a steering column see) fastenings of a steering column. 18. Remove a steering column 11. 19. Replace the holder 1 (fig. Fastening of the holder of plugs see) with the worn out or damaged plugs. For this purpose turn away a bolt of 2 fastenings and take out the holder 1 of a plug 3 on a steering column. 20. At replacement of a steering column remove from it the switch (lock) of ignition as in spare parts a steering column deliver only with the switch case.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish if necessary the holder 1 (Fastening of the holder of plugs) plugs in a plug 3 fig. see a steering column and fix its bolt 2. 2. Establish, at necessity, the switch (lock) of ignition. 3. Establish a steering column 11 (fig. Fastening of a steering column) on an arm see and screw a back bolt of 9 its fastenings by hand, without tightening (a bolt head should be on the right side). 4. Screw forward bolts of 12 fastenings of a steering column, preliminary выровнив apertures under them on an arm 4 and a steering column. 5. Tighten a back bolt of 9 fastenings of a steering column the demanded moment. 6. Remove a transport clamp 3 (fig. the Steering column in gathering see) on a new column or a wire – on old. 7. Further spend assemblage upside-down, having replaced a coupling bolt 13 (fig. Fastening of a steering column see) plugs карданного the hinge with the new.
