The prevention

Wires ABS экранированные and to repair are not subject

In the given section replacement of wires of gauges of forward wheels is described. As for replacement of wires of gauges of back wheels the special tool and connecting plugs of wires is necessary, this work is recommended to be spent at servicing deport.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the top casing of the engine (subsection 2.1 see).
2. On models with the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw remove an air line воздухонаддува, and also a hose between an inlet pipe of the engine and the top air line.
3. Put forward a clamp 2 (fig. the Detachment колодки from the block of management ABS) колодки see and, having pulled upwards, disconnect колодку 3 from the block of 1 management.
4. Having hooked a screw-driver 2 (fig. Removal of a cover connecting колодки see), uncover 3 колодки.
5. By means of a screw-driver 3 (fig. the Detachment of a plait of wires from колодки the block of management ABS see) move a clamp 2 violet colours in a direction specified by an arrow to release wires in колодке.
6. Separate a plait of wires.
7. Push out corresponding wires from колодки. Numbers of contacts are resulted on fig. Numbering of contacts (1–42) connecting колодки the block of management ABS and in the tab. of the Chain connected to contacts колодки.
8. Remove a corresponding wheel.
9. Disconnect колодку 1 (fig. Fastening of a wire of the gauge of frequency of rotation of a forward wheel see) with wires from the gauge of frequency of rotation of a wheel.
10. Take out a wire 3 of holders 2.
11. Establish a wire upside-down.
12. After wire fastening in holders twist a steering wheel against the stop to the right and to the left to be convinced that the wire does not stretch and for what does not cling.
13. At wire connection to колодке the management block track, that wire isolation has been inserted against the stop into an aperture колодки. A braid of a plait of wires fix new collars.
