| 3. Turn away two bolts 2 (fig. the Detachment of a cable of a drive of a lay brake see) support fastenings, holding with the second key directing fingers 3 for шестигранники. |

| 7. Remove a protective cap 7 from the cylinder. The cap torn, cracked or lost elasticity replace. |
| 8. Take out a sealing ring 2 (fig. Removal of a sealing ring from the support cylinder see) of проточки the cylinder by means of a wooden or plastic shovel 1 not to damage a mirror of the cylinder 3. |
| 9. Examine a mirror of the cylinder and the piston. In the presence of deep рисок, scratches, roughnesses, etc. replace a support in gathering. |
| 10. Carefully wash out spirit and dry a stream of compressed air the piston and the cylinder. |
| 11. Replace the protective covers torn or lost elasticity 5 (fig. of the Detail of a support of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel see) directing fingers. |
| 12. Grease the piston 8 and a new sealing ring with 9 greasing G 052 150 A2 or a brake liquid. A sealing ring replace at each dismantling, irrespective of its condition. |
| 13. Establish a new sealing ring 9 in проточку the cylinder. A ring replace at each dismantling, irrespective of its condition. |
| 14. Put on a protective cap 1 (fig. Installation of a protective cap on the piston see) a back part of the piston 2, having turned its internal edge inside out. |
| 15. Accurately insert an external edge of a protective cap 2 (fig. piston Installation in the support cylinder see) into a groove of the cylinder 1. |
| 16. Screw the piston by means of the special adaptation in the cylinder, and at its absence it is possible to take advantage, for example, of nippers for removal of lock rings. On the piston there are for this purpose special dredging. |
| 17. Clear of a dirt and old greasing directing fingers 4 (fig. of the Detail of a support of the brake disk mechanism of a back wheel see) and apertures under them in directing 6 колодок. Check up: fingers should freely, without jammings to move in apertures directing. |
| 18. Establish protective covers 5 on fingers, having put on a cover edge a finger fillet. Before installation grease fingers under covers консистентной greasing (greasing is included into the repair complete set). | 20. Pump over brake system (subsection 9.9.6 see) and adjust a lay brake (subsection 9.9.2 see). |
