9.9.6. Prorolling of brake system
THE GENERAL DATA

Sequence of prorolling of a liquid in brake mechanisms:

  – The back right;
  – The back left;
  – The forward right;
  – The forward left;
  – A coupling drive.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The prevention

At prorolling of back brake mechanisms on models without ABS periodically move the lever of a regulator of pressure.


1. Check up level and at необхо димости add a brake liquid in a tank to label MAX.
2. Clear of a dirt the valve of release of air and remove its protective cap.
3. Put on one end of a rubber hose the valve, other end ship in the pure transparent vessel partially filled with a brake liquid (the hose end should be shipped in a liquid).
4. The assistant should press sharply a pedal of a brake of 4-5 times and leave a pedal pressed.
5. Turn on on 1/2–3/4 turns the valve of release of air. The old (dirty) brake liquid will start to follow from a hose. Thus the brake pedal should move smoothly against the stop.
6. As soon as the liquid will cease to follow, wrap the valve of release of air then the assistant should release a pedal. In a liquid following from a hose air vials will be visible.
7. Repeat operations 4 and 5 while from a following liquid allocation of vials of air will not stop. Constantly watch liquid level in a tank, without supposing its decrease below label MIN, and if necessary add a new brake liquid.
8. If necessary pump over other brake mechanisms and a coupling drive.
9. On models with ABS make a trial trip, to which time at least once should work ABS.
