PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a belt of a drive of a camshaft (subsection 2.4.1 see). 2. Remove a pulley and a nave of a pulley of a camshaft (subsection 2.8 see). 3. Remove axes with коромыслами, preliminary having marked them not to mix at installation (subsection 4.14.4 see). 4. Remove the vacuum pump (subsection 4.11 see). 5. Turn away bolts 19 (fig. the Head of the block of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw) fastenings of covers of 18 fifth, first and third bearings see and remove covers. Mark covers not to mix at installation. If loose leaves 16 are suitable for the further use, do not take out them from covers. 6. In regular intervals cross-wise turn away bolts of fastening of covers of the second and fourth bearings and remove covers. 7. Take out from a head a camshaft 17 and remove from it an epiploon 14. Take out loose leaves 16 of a head and mark on the non-working party not to mix at installation. 8. Take out hydropushers of 5 valves. Mark them or lay so that not to mix at installation. To store hydropushers it is necessary in the same position in what they were on the engine, differently from them oil will flow out. 9. Establish in ВМТ the piston of the corresponding cylinder then at compression of springs valves will rest against the piston. 10. Establish on a head the adaptation for compression of springs of valves and, having compressed valve springs, take out crackers 6. 11. Remove a plate 7 and springs 8 and 9. 12. By means of a stripper remove маслосъемный a cap. 13. Grease with engine oil a new cap and insert it in оправку 3 (1 – the plug; 2 – маслосъемный a cap). 14. Put on a valve core the plastic plug 1 not to damage a working edge of a cap. 15. With the help оправки it is cautious напрессуйте a cap against the stop. 16. Establish to the place of a spring of the valve and a plate of springs. 17. Having compressed springs the adaptation, establish valve crackers. After that strike a hammer through a metal core on a valve end face that crackers have sat down into place. 18. Similarly replace other caps. 19. Establish loose leaves 16 (fig. the Head of the block of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw) according to earlier made marks see and grease with their engine oil. 20. Establish in a head a camshaft so that cams of the first cylinder have been directed upwards. 21. Establish washers 4. 22. Establish covers of the second and fourth bearings and in regular intervals cross-wise wrap new bolts of their fastening. Tighten bolts the moment 8 Нм and tighten for 90 . The prevention At each removal of covers of bearings of a camshaft it is necessary to replace bolts of their fastening with the new. 23. Put hermetic on a surface And covers of the first and fifth bearings, thus watch, that hermetic has not got to the grooves specified by arrows on fig. of the Place of drawing of hermetic on the first and fifth covers of bearings of a camshaft. Then establish covers of the first, fifth and third bearings. 24. Establish all removed details upside-down. After installation of hydropushers of valves to start up the engine it is possible only in 30 minutes

Turn away bolts of 4 fastenings and remove the case 6 with camshafts in gathering. 5. Mark not to mix at installation, and remove коромысла 9 and hydropushers of 10 valves. To store hydropushers it is necessary in the same position in what they stand on the engine, differently from them oil will flow out. Then рассухарьте valves also remove caps.

PETROL ENGINES of 1,0 l, 37 kw And 1,4 l of 50 kw
