PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish in bed of the block of cylinders loose leaves of radical bearings with flutes and grease with their engine oil. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw grease with engine oil and establish persistent half rings in the average radical bearing (проточками to cheeks of a cranked shaft).
2. Grease with engine oil of a neck of a cranked shaft and lay a shaft on beds of bearings.
3. Insert into covers of radical bearings loose leaves without flutes and grease with their engine oil.
4. At all engines, except the engine in volume of 1,0 l, grease with engine oil persistent half rings and insert them into a cover of the average radical bearing (проточками to cheeks of a cranked shaft).
5. Establish covers of radical bearings on labels on them (sideways on covers numbers of bearings are beaten out). The first bearing is considered from outside a camshaft drive.
6. Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings for engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw the moment 75 Нм, for the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw – 65 Нм, then tighten for 90 . First of all tighten bolts of an average cover (third), then next to it (the second and the fourth) and in last turn extreme (the first and the fifth). Turn a cranked shaft, it should rotate easily, without jammings.
7. Establish the holder of a back epiploon. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw preliminary grease with engine oil a working edge of an epiploon, and on the holder and a carving of bolts of fastening of the holder put hermetic Loctite 574. Tighten bolts the moment 8 Нм.
8. Establish a flywheel, considering that on all engines, except engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw, establish it only in one position because of an asymmetrical arrangement of apertures. Replace bolts of fastening of a flywheel on new and tighten their moment 60 Нм, then tighten on 90 .
9. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw grease necks and cams of a camshaft with engine oil and establish a shaft in the block of cylinders. Establish a lock plate 9 (fig. the Camshaft of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) and tighten bolts of 10 its fastenings by the moment 5 Нм.
10. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw establish sleeves of cylinders so that they did not concern each other. Check up выступание sleeves (subsection 2.13.2 see).
11. Put on the piston a rod so that an arrow on the bottom of the piston and a ledge In (fig. of the Detail of shatunno-piston group of the engine in volume of 1,4 l, 55 both 74 kw and fig. of the Detail of shatunno-piston group of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 74 kw see) on the bottom head of a rod have been directed to one party. At engines of 1,0 l, 37кВт and 1,4 l, 50 kw of the marksman it is directed to distributive to a shaft and it is located from outside apertures In (fig. of the Detail of shatunno-piston group of engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw see) in a rod for greasing of a piston finger. Besides, pistons should be one weight group on weight (the group designation + or - is beaten out on the piston bottom). Grease with engine oil a piston finger and insert it into the piston with a rod. Establish lock rings of a piston finger in flutes on the piston. If the finger too hardly enters into piston apertures, heat up the piston to 60 With.
12. Establish on ring pistons. Is better to do it by means of a stripper of piston rings. At petrol engines маслосъемное compound, therefore it it is necessary to establish a ring manually, accurately having dissolved locks of rings. Rings establish an inscription of TORAHS upwards, to the piston bottom. Rings should turn freely in piston flutes, and their locks to settle down at an angle 120 to each other.
13. Insert loose leaves of bearings into the bottom heads of rods and a cover of rods. At diesel engines on the top loose leaves the black strip on a working surface about edge is put. At engines of 1,4 l, 50 kw fixing ledges of loose leaves should enter into rod and cover grooves, at the others двигадвигателей it is necessary to establish loose leaves so that the head of a rod and a cover acted on width from both parties of the loose leaf on identical distance. Grease loose leaves with engine oil.
14. Compress оправкой piston rings and accurately insert a rod with the piston into the cylinder, thus the arrow on the piston bottom should be directed to a camshaft drive (at engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw of the marksman it is directed towards a camshaft). Оправка for compression of rings should be pressed to the block of cylinders. Striking the hammer handle on the piston bottom, move it from оправки in the cylinder.
15. At the diesel engine pistons establish of 1,9 l, 74 kw in the first and second cylinders dredging under the inlet valve (большего the size), directed to a back part of the engine (flywheel), and in the third and fourth cylinders – to a forward part (a camshaft drive), as is shown in drawing.
16. Establish a cover of a rod with the loose leaf on a rod, thus numbers of the cylinder which has been beaten out on a cover and a rod, should settle down on one party.
17. Wrap шатунные bolts, at the engine of 1,4 l, 50 kw – nuts шатунных bolts. At all engines, except 1,4 l, 50 kw, replace шатунные bolts on new, having greased with engine oil before заворачиванием their carving and the surface of a head adjoining to a cover. Tighten bolts (at the engine of 1,4 l, 50 kw – nuts шатунных bolts) on engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 55 and 74 kw the moment 20 Нм, then tighten for 90 ; on engines of 1,4 l, 50 kw – 40 Нм; on diesel engines of 1,9 l, 74 kw – 30 Нм, then tighten for 90 .
18. At engines of 1,0 l, 37 kw and 1,4 l, 50 kw establish distributive gear wheels (subsection 2.5 see) and a cover of distributive gear wheels.
19. Establish the oil pump (subsection 3.3 see).
20. Put on a flange oil картера hermetic, establish картер and wrap bolts of its fastening.
21. At the diesel engine pick up a lining of a head of the block on a thickness. For this purpose measure выступание pistons in ВМТ over the top plane of the block, as is shown in drawing. Depending on size выступания pistons pick up a new lining, thus it is necessary to consider the greatest size выступания.
22. In spare parts deliver linings of a various thickness which mark number of apertures 3 (see fig. Marks of a lining of a head of the block of cylinders of the diesel engine). The lining of 0,91-1,0 mm has in the thickness one aperture, thickness of 1,01-1,10 mm – two apertures, thickness of 1,11-1,20 mm – three apertures.
23. Establish a head of the block of cylinders (subsection 2.7 see) and the hinged equipment of the engine.
