3. Turn on накидные nuts of fastening of fuel tubes 1 (fig. of the Atomizer of the diesel engine of 1,9 l, 47 kw see) and remove fuel tubes in gathering. Nuts it is recommended to turn on a special key not to crumple their side. At removal it is forbidden to bend fuel tubes or to change their form as on them there can be cracks. |
4. If necessary turn out топливопроводящий a bolt on an atomizer of the third cylinder. |
5. Remove from atomizers 3 hoses 2 plum of fuel. Turn away bolts 5 and remove holders 4. |

6. Take out atomizers from cylinders. If they cannot be taken out, it is possible to make a special adapter 2 for a stripper 3. For this purpose cut off from an old fuel tube a piece in length about 50 mm with накидной a nut. On other end of a tube weld nut М6. To remove an atomizer 1, wrap on it накидную a nut of the made adapter 2 and put on an adapter a stripper 3. Blow бойка a stripper pull out from the cylinder an atomizer. |
7. Establish atomizers upside-down, having replaced copper sealing rings. |
8. Tighten накидные nuts of fuel tubes the moment 25 Нм, and топливопроводящий a bolt – the moment 20 Нм. |
